super simple and delicious
Green Smoothie
I promise you won't even notice the greens
Makes 1 large smoothie
Recipe:
2 cups spinach
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 mango (fresh)
1 medium apple
1/2 of lemons juice
4 pineapple 1 inch cubes
Ice (optional @ the end)
Directions:
Put spinach and almond milk in blender & blend till the spinach is smooth
Add in the rest of the ingredients (make sure to cut the mango and apple, no cores)
Put ice in a large cup & poor the drink over the ice
Substitutions:
You can substitute the mango for fresh banana as well
